Vintage Fiesta Kitchen Kraft Shakers in Original Green & Blue (Cobalt) Glaze.Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority
Circa 1938-1944: Much larger than the Fiesta shakers, and nearly 3" tall, the vintage fiesta Kitchen Kraft shakers with their subtle set of concentric rings around the top, were slip cast with hand punched holes.
Note: If the winner of this auction resides outside the U.S., the postage will be adjusted accordingly.
Condition:
Each shaker has small chips at its bases (see photos). The blue one has tiny abrasions in its glaze which might respond to some wax-based polish. See the photos for the small chips at the blue shaker’s base. The green shaker has a 1/4” chip along the shoulder of its base. There are no stoppers or corks with these. Each shaker could be displayed with the chips turned away, in case these would be for display. In any case, a .00 initial opening bid makes this a good value.
EXTRA! - Included with these shakers is a green ceramic trivet of about 6 ½” in diameter. The manufacturer is unknown. There’s no mark, logo or stamp to identify it,. It looks vaguely like a Knowles Pottery glaze, but without being able to identify it, I'm including this since just because it looks nice with the shakers. Who knows… maybe it’s a highly rare ceramic piece worth thousands - - or maybe just cents, but it’s yours for free since you're bidding only on the shakers.
HISTORY:

Ii was introduced in Chicago and Pittsburgh in January of 1938.
