Shipments must be addressed to a location that is accessible by large trucks. Someone must be available throughout the day to accept and unload the item.
Shipments to residential areas or sites that require appointments, lift gates, inside delivery, or other special delivery requirements will have additional charges. These charges vary by service and location and must be paid before shipping. These charges are in addition to stated shipping costs even if it is listed as free shipping.
