    The assemblies will be shipped completely assembly 95% of the time but my west coast folks and more remote parts of the country you may have to put the tire on the fork with the bolt(everything included) that may take 5 minutes. We do this so we can ship everywhere but different shipping methods so we can sell to everyone.
