added a sprinkling of freckles.
She is marked OOAK Easter Baby Alyssa, 2015 and signed on her back.  She comes with her yellow dress, diaper fastened with yellow diaper pins, yellow ribbons on her ponies, white socks and laceup worn baby shoes.  Hard to find in this large size.
