Up for bids is a Nice!, grouping of three (3) amber glass, square, BITTERS bottles as shown in the pictures above. #1: Dark reddish amber, BIM (Blown In Mold) semi-cabin shaped, bitters bottle, embossed on the 4 "roof" panels - Doyles / Hop / Bitters / 1872. Embossed on one of the side panels is a very bold picture of some Hops. Every collector should have one of these in their collection. #2: ABM (Machine Made), embossed Dr. J. Hostetter's / Stomach Bitters. #3: Blown in Mold (BIM), embossed on one side: Lash's Kidney And Liver Bitters. Embossed on opposite side: The Best Cathartic / And Blood Purifier. All 3 bottles on for one low price.
Condition: From left to right: #1: Dug bottle with some external stain that could be tumbled off. There is still dirt inside that needs to be washed out. There is a tiny nick on one of the side corners and two small, thin open bubbles on side corners (see close up pictures above). NO other chips, cracks or dings. I grade this one a 7.5 to 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. #2: Dug bottle with overall stain that could be tumbled off/out. Has a flat flake on the reverse side shoulder (see close up picture). NO other chips, cracks or dings. I grade this one a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. #3: Dug bottle with some inside stain that could be tumbled out. NO chips, cracks or dings. I grade this one an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
