  • Condition: The car is an easy project. This a very complete 944 S2 that I bought to restore but bought something else and can’t keep both. It has been in garaged storage since 2007. The interior was removed to start restoration but is complete. The car also comes with a like new set of door cards that are correct to the car. The pads on the cam tensioner have been inspected and are good. It turns over freely but I have not changed the belts or battery to get it running.

    Description

    The car is an easy project. This a very complete 944 S2 in Velvet Red Metallic with complete Burgundy interior that I bought to restore but bought something else and can’t keep both.  It has been in garaged storage since 2007.
    The interior was removed to start restoration but is complete.  The car also comes with a like new set of door cards that are correct to the car.  The pads on the cam tensioner have been inspected and are good.  It turns over freely but I have not changed the belts or battery to get it running.  There are new rips or tears in the top, though the rear window is yellowed.  The complete toolkit is there along with the compressor and a never used space saver spare tire.
    The carpets are in excellent condition and are complete.  In the pictures they have not even been cleaned so as you can see there is no significant wear or fading.  I repainted and clear coated the valve cover and replaced all of the bolts and gasket while it was removed for inspecting the tensioner.  It also includes a new set of Lindsey braided fuel lines as they were missing when I got the car.  One seat was also missing so the seats included are from another 944 along with one from this car.
